Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

1. Public Relations & Communications

  • Serve as the main point of contact for public and community inquiries related to the project.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, newsletters, public notices, and other communication materials.
  • Organize and coordinate community engagement activities and stakeholder meetings.
  • Monitor and respond to feedback, complaints, or concerns from the public and neighbouring stakeholders.
  • Liaise with media, government agencies, and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Maintain records of communication, feedback, and follow-up actions.

2. Administrative Duties

  • Assist in preparing project reports, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Manage scheduling of meetings, appointments, and community briefings.
  • Support office administration such as filing, document control, and procurement of office supplies.
  • Track and coordinate internal and external communication records.
  • Provide general support to the project management and site team.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in communications, HR, public relations, marketing, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in public relations or corporate communications.
  • Excellent organization skills and familiar with media platform.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong working knowledge of a variety of public relations programs.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Construction site office position, 5.5-day workweek.
