Roles & Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities


• Showing, explaining and demonstrating to residents the locations and purposes of the Enhancement for Active Seniors (EASE) retrofits provisions Address and resolve complaints or feedback promptly, implementing necessary corrective actions.


• Dealing with requests and handling complaints of the residents with tact and patience


• Offering on-site suggestions of fall-prevention measures, if necessary; arranging for works to be carried out within flats timely


• Ensuring good rapport and maintaining positive relations with the


• residents


• Collaborate closely with all relevant stakeholders, including contractors, project managers, consultants, residents, and authorities, taking proactive steps to mitigate any issues related to construction activities.


• Liaise and coordinate with these parties to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.


• Develop and execute public relations programs or talks to inform the public about the project's progress.


• Design and implement public relations strategies specific to the project.


• Provide regular updates to management regarding public relations activities on-site.


• Maintain and update all related records diligently.


• Candidate shall attend and provide administrative assistance and logistic support in the construction working committee meetings, as and when directed. The working committee meetings are scheduled at any time during or outside the working days from 9am to 11pm.
