Roles & Responsibilities

We are representing one of the leading banks in Singapore on a search for a Branch Manager. This is a leadership role with full accountability for branch performance, staff management, and customer experience delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a diverse team of frontline sales and operational staff across daily branch operations, including wealth management, customer service, and administration.
  • Act as the escalation point for operational or service issues, ensuring swift resolution and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Drive business growth through investment sales, new-to-bank client acquisition, and tailored client engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee recruitment, staff certification, and ongoing training to maintain a high-performing and fully compliant team.
  • Drive a positive and engaged branch culture that balances commercial results with excellent customer outcomes.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven track record as a Branch Manager or senior deputy in a major international or regional bank.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing both sales and operations teams.
  • Commercially driven with a client-centric approach to delivering results.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and operational risk management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to represent the bank in high-profile client activities.
