Roles & Responsibilities

Contract Duration: 1-year

Work Location: one-North

Work Hours: 8.30am - 6pm (Mon-Thu), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Internship Administration – Manage the end-to-end process for interns, including document collection, onboarding, clearance, records management, and offboarding.
  • Recruitment Support – Assist the Talent Acquisition team with interview scheduling, candidate records, onboarding, and recruitment-related admin tasks.
  • Data & Records Management – Review, clean, verify, and maintain HR datasets and employee records across systems to ensure accuracy.
  • Career Fairs & Outreach – Provide logistical support such as preparing and distributing collaterals and ensuring sufficient stock for events.
  • HR Admin Support – Act as covering officer for HR Business Partnership matters, including maintaining employee files, updating records, and handling related admin duties.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma in HR Management (or relevant HR experience for non-diploma holders).
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in HR admin, recruitment, internship, or data management within government agencies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel; knowledge of RPA, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage.
