The Role
We are looking for dynamic and passionate eLearning Curriculum Designers to create engaging and compelling education and training digital content.
The Job
- Transform existing face-to-face teaching and training content for eLearning delivery
- Design and develop eLearning materials and content that meets desired learning outcomes
- Analyse and assess learning needs and instructional materials
- Design appropriate eLearning activities and assessments
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop course content
- Work together with the digital media team to create supporting media (e.g audio/video/animation, simulations)
The Requirements
- Degree in education, instructional design or related field
- Sound knowledge in instructional design or curriculum development
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
- Problem-solving skills, deadline-focused, and goal-driven
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
- Collaborative team player in a cross-functional environment
