Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily events and long-term planning of F&B events.
  • Manage all VIP visits, ensuring smooth deployment and guest experience.
  • Coordinate with kitchen/F&B service teams to meet deadlines for events and visits.
  • Ensure all events and VIP visits are ORX 30 minutes before guest arrival.
  • Conduct weekly Academy cleaning walkthroughs and follow up on campus cleanliness.
  • Conduct monthly maintenance walkthroughs and ensure campus repairs are followed up.
  • Oversee beverage control and inventory every month.
  • Implement COVID-19 safeguarding measures based on government advisories.
  • Assist HODs in planning and coordinating department-specific visits and events.
  • Manage repair and maintenance of the Academy, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Monitor and manage utility usage within the Academy.
  • Source and liaise with suppliers and contractors for service and equipment procurement.
  • Oversee procurement of food and beverage equipment, ensuring high standards.
  • Uphold and promote At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy's culture and philosophy.
  • Engage in continuous improvement through Corporate Planning Cycle initiatives.
  • Act as an ambassador of At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy both internally and externally.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and be a role model for employees and students.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors and handle IT-related matters for the Academy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Retail-Specific Responsibilities:

  • Oversee WellSpent G2G eCommerce and on-site sales, ensuring accurate sales reporting via SIS POS.
  • Maintain inventory and stock levels, liaising with chefs for production planning.
  • Manage product labeling and sticker application before handing over goods for delivery.
  • Oversee spent collection and booking.
  • Create and manage inter-department invoices via SIS.
  • Process and print delivery orders (DO) and coordinate deliveries

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations / Facility Management, preferably in the Education/ Hospitality industry.
  • Retail operations experience, including inventory management, sales reporting, and logistics coordination.
  • Experience in IT Server/Cloud Maintenance.
  • Excellent communication skills in oral and written English.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective decision-making skills with strong analytical and business acumen.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Creative and motivated individual with strong project management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset to engage with stakeholders across multiple locations and functions.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.
