We're Hiring: Creative Designer (Brand, Spatial, Visual)

Location: Singapore

Role Type: Full-time, Onsite

Industry: Corporate Design & Build

This isn't a "graphic designer" role.

This is for a visual creative who can think in space, brand, and story—someone who designs from concept to output, from pitch deck to project wall, from brand playbook to environmental graphics.

Who You Are:

  • A visual strategist. You don't just decorate. You design with intent, hierarchy, and clarity.
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Gamma, and AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, and Runway. You make stuff fast and good.
  • You have spatial awareness. You understand how a brand shows up in a space—from signage to wayfinding, from presentation boards to built elements.
  • You know how to create systems, not just assets. Think design systems, not just slides.
  • You're a maker. You're the person everyone calls when they need something designed, explained, or visualised under pressure.
  • You know what looks good and why it works. And yes, you probably have great taste in typefaces.

What You'll Do:

  • Co-create brand assets, pitch decks, project boards, marketing collateral
  • Visualise space, mood, and material using real and AI-assisted tools
  • Build brand libraries, templates, and toolkits (we don't do bloated style guides, just useful ones)
  • Design content for internal campaigns, leadership comms, social, digital
  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, PMs, and leadership to make every piece of communication feel like us

Bonus if you:

  • Have worked in environments like design studios, architecture firms, or brand consultancies
  • Understand the rhythm of design & build projects
  • Can sketch ideas, storyboards, or floorplans (even just roughly)
  • Know motion design or video editing (Premiere Pro, Runway, etc.)
  • Have a point of view on design—but not a fragile ego

We run an internal creative studio where strategy, design, and execution live under one roof. That means fewer layers, faster turnaround, and more ownership. If you're used to being the "execution monkey" for other people's ideas, this will be a breath of fresh air.
