**Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Creative Designer. As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics, branding, and digital designs that align with our clients' brand values. You will collaborate with other team members, present design solutions, and execute designs from concept to final product.

You'll look forward to conceptualising and executing great ideas for a wide array of brands and organisations and fulfilling their needs from branding to digital and 360 marketing campaigns as part of the hands-on creative team. You are a creative and conceptual thinker, keen to research and confident to deliver compelling ideas and designs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Conceptualising and executing exciting digital and non-digital ideas.
- Generating ideas and selling them to clients and other members of the team.
- Providing support to Art Directors in the creative team.
- Maintaining high standards and ensuring only the best work is presented to the client.
- Collaborating across the agency to elevate standards of creativity.
- Managing projects assigned pro-actively.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in design, visual communications or equivalent from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the creative industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design for editorial publications and corporate literature, visual content for campaigns, and interactive designs for websites or apps.
- Added experience in branding and environmental design is welcome.
- A proven ability to produce awesome creative work, and a great understanding of the fundamentals of visual design including typography, colour and layouts.
- Exhibits good communication skills within the team.
- Proficient in design software like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- A love for good ideas and a desire to contribute to shaping great designs.Proven ability to handle diverse projects simultaneously.
