Roles & Responsibilities
  • Working Days: Tuesday- Sunday

    - Monday Closed

    - Tuesday - Friday (2:30pm to 9 pm)

    - Saturday - Sunday (9am to 6:30 pm)
  • Basic Salary: $1,700 - $2,000 | Gross: $3,000
  • Entitled to AWS + Performance Bonus + Sales Bonus
  • Address: Near Woodleigh MRT, Singapore
  • Piano Music School | Front Desk Receptionist

Requirements:

  • Training provided for entry level, must able to commit work on weekend, off day on every Monday.

Responsibilities

  1. Answers all incoming telephone calls and enquiries and handles all correspondence.
  2. Enroll new students and arranging teacher schedules
  3. Assists the Centre Manager in all matters at the Centre
  4. Maintains the Centre's common areas in a neat, clean and orderly manner.
  5. Maintains petty cash, keeping a proper record which is to be submitted on a monthly basis.
  6. Collects Assessment Fees and Term Fees and issues receipts.
  7. Receives applications for assessment or term fees
  8. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by sales & marketing team
