Piano Center Receptionist Job Description

As a front desk receptionist at our piano music school, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to students and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include answering telephone calls, handling correspondence, enrolling new students, arranging teacher schedules, and maintaining the center's common areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to students and their families
  • Answer all incoming telephone calls and handle correspondence
  • Enroll new students and arrange teacher schedules
  • Maintain the center's common areas in a neat and clean manner
  • Assist the center manager with various tasks and projects

Requirements:

  • Able to commit to working weekends and have Monday off
  • Previous experience in customer service or front desk reception is an asset

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $1,700 - $2,000
  • Gross salary: $3,000
  • Entitled to AWS + Performance Bonus + Sales Bonus
