Job Description

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Maintain general ledger and sub-ledgers
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate records
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Analyze revenue, costs, and profitability
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control initiatives
  • Ensure financial operations comply with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and government regulations
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements
  • Establish and maintain internal control procedures
  • Assist with annual audits and internal audits
  • Coordinate with restaurant managers and other departments for smooth financial operations
  • Supervise accounting assistants or support staff

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards (SFRS) and tax regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong communication skills
  • Experience in supervising or managing a team
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Flexibility to work during weekends and public holidays
