Roles & Responsibilities

Basic information:

  • Location: Tuas
  • Working hours: 5 days between Mon – Sun

    7.00 to 4.30pm / 1.00 to 10.30pm
  • Basic salary UP $4k + Bonuses

Job scope:

  • Ensure the company complies with all regulatory requirements for food establishments and food products.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) as required by various regulatory bodies.
  • Act as the main liaison with authorities for licensing (SFA, NEA) and certification (MUIS, HSA).
  • Conduct regular visits to different establishments to provide training, perform inspections, and offer support for continuous improvement.
  • Investigate and analyze customer complaints or internal non-conformances to identify and address root causes.
  • Communicate non-conformances, improvement areas, and any FSMS updates to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Carry out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.
