Sounds great – what's the role in a nutshell?

The Assistant Creative Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between creative, sales, and operational aspects of marketing initiatives. This position supports the Creative Marketing Manager in managing digital assets, coordinating marketing materials, and assisting with sales enablement resources while maintaining brand consistency. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management and be able to effectively coordinate between various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Creative Marketing Manager in overseeing and organizing the digital asset library and DAM systems, ensuring smooth coordination between creative, sales, and marketing teams
  • Assist in coordinating marketing campaign development, timelines, and creative workflows, leveraging project management skills to keep all stakeholders aligned
  • Partner with the manager to conduct regular creative material audits and brand training initiatives, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration and efficient creative processes by coordinating with designers and creative teams on asset accessibility and workflow optimization
  • Implement and maintain organizational systems for creative assets, including metadata standards and version control, across platforms like DAM, OneDrive, and Dropbox
  • Serve as a brand steward by reviewing asset usage and maintaining established guidelines to support brand consistency
  • Ensure timely delivery of assets and materials by supporting marketing campaign execution and creative review processes as directed
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, helping to maintain creative vendor relationships and facilitate communication

What are we looking for?

  • Singaporean or PR only.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing or creative services project management, with a proven track record of coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft OneDrive, Office 365, project management software, and DAM systems, with an understanding of their integration with other marketing technologies
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with file organization, sharing, and version control best practices
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with an understanding of creative workflows
  • Familiarity with cloud storage and file sharing platforms, especially OneDrive and Dropbox
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
  • Basic understanding of metadata principles and taxonomy development
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with the confidence to present ideas and feedback
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills, able to juggle competing priorities
  • Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
  • Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
