The Opportunity
- Work with Singapore Largest Local Tech Company
- Monday - Friday: 10am-7pm
- Working location: one-north
- 1 year contract (can renew/convert)
- Basic: up to $2,500

The Talent
- Ability to problem solve, with strong attention to detail
- Minimum Diploma holder.
- Prior office work experience (Experience in Sales, BD, Partnerships, Strategy,Operation is a plus)
- Knowledge of Tableau, Holistics, Salesforce, PowerBI, SQL and any other programming language is a plus
Job Description
- Build and maintain good relationships with merchants
- Help merchants by answering questions and solving problems
- Collect and update merchant documents in the system
- Create reports based on merchant data when needed
- Analyze merchant business performance using data
- Learn about our products (like Ads and Marketing) to suggest more services
- Do other admin and customer service tasks as needed
- Use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables)
