Roles & Responsibilities

Develops and executes global marketing strategies to drive sales growth and customer acquisition in overseas markets by overseeing brand consistency, conducting market research, and leading international marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, fostering international partnerships, collaborating with regional teams, analyzing market trends, and adapting strategies for diverse audiences and cultural contexts to maximize ROI. The right candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the global marketing landscape and be able to leverage emerging trends and technologies to create innovative and effective marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to align with the company's global objectives and drive business growth.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer behaviour, trends, and competitor activities in various international markets.
  • Brand Management: Ensure the company's brand identity is consistently maintained and enhanced across all international marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Campaign Development: Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, advertising, and public relations, tailored for international audiences.
  • Localization: Oversee the adaptation of marketing content and campaigns to be culturally appropriate and resonate with local market nuances.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage international marketing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation and a strong return on investment (ROI).
  • Partnership & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, partners, agencies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyse the performance of international marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to make adjustments and improve effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to the international marketing team, fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful execution of marketing programs.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in marketing and international markets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, strategic brand planning, and product planning.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage budgets and lead teams.
  • Knowledge of global market trends, regulations, and diverse cultural contexts.
  • Minimum qualification: Master Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin ( handle China market)
  • Willing to station overseas as needed.
