Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an Application Support & Workflow Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing workflow applications, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting both production and development needs. This is a hybrid role where you will work on bug fixes, upgrades, and compliance tasks, while also contributing to new workflow design and deployment.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements, design, build, and deploy new workflows and forms using K2/Nintex Designer and Smart Objects.
  • Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation for workflows and applications.
  • Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing for fixes, upgrades, and migration activities.
  • Perform bug fixes, upgrades, and performance tuning across UAT and Production environments.
  • Support compliance and security activities, including VAPT exercises and adherence to ICT standards.
  • Update and maintain documentation for all workflows and applications whenever changes are made.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in application support, bug fixing, and workflow management.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow platforms such as K2/Nintex Designer and Smart Objects.
  • Knowledge of compliance and security standards (e.g., ICT frameworks, VAPT exercises).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in documentation.
  • Experience in testing methodologies (unit, integration, regression) is an advantage.
