Group Digital Office’s Process Automation team embarks on establishing and introducing new process automation tools and technologies for Singtel Group. Looking for an experienced developer who helps to deliver the objectives of GDO’s process automation team and willing to learn new tool and technologies as part of this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with the business to review and assess their manual processes and to identify opportunities for automation.
- Work on configuration, development, design, installation and/or testing of goods, migration, commissioning, etc.
- Turnkey project skills such as project management, installation, and testing.
- Conduct training and workshops.
- To prepare required documentation for the services provided
- Any other Adhoc requirements from the team
- Background in development with business knowledge
- At least 4 years of experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies (specifically in the UiPath suite). The resource shall be competent in
- process and workflow design and implementation,
- designing of operating model, and
- automation program management.
- At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agent). The resource shall be competent in
- process and workflow design and implementation,
- designing of operating model, and
- automation program management
- Basics of C# or VB.Net or Python
- REST & SOAP API
- Certified UiPath designer or Architect
- Excellent oral/written communication, planning, project management, networking and influencing skills
