**About Us**:
Total Process Systems (TPS) is a leading EPCM firm serving the semiconductor and high-tech manufacturing sectors. As part of our transformation journey, we are developing internal automation tools to streamline cost estimation and document submission workflows.

**Position Overview**:
We are hiring a motivated polytechnic fresh graduate from an IT or engineering informatics background to join us as an Estimation & Document Automation Developer. In this role, you will work on real-world automation tools to support project cost estimation and document workflows (e.g., drawing submissions, IFC issue tracking, catalog approvals).

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Cost Estimation Automation
- Build and update a structured cost database
- Develop templates to automate cost calculations and BOQ generation
- Generate PDF/Excel reports for internal and client use

2. Document Workflow Automation
- Set up submission flows for drawings and material catalogues
- Automate transmittals and approvals using Google Workspace or SharePoint
- Track submission status and develop dashboards for revision control
- Assist in IFC (Issued For Construction) package generation and e-signoffs

**Who Should Apply?**:
Fresh graduates from any of the following diplomas are encouraged:

- Diploma in Information Technology
- Diploma in Engineering Informatics
- Diploma in Business Information Systems
- Diploma in Computer Engineering
- Diploma in Applied AI & Analytics
- Or any related IT/engineering diploma

**Requirements**:

- Basic programming or scripting (e.g. Excel VBA, Google Apps Script, Python)
- Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Interest in construction/engineering project workflows (we will train you)
- Responsible, independent, and eager to learn
- Able to communicate clearly and work well with engineers and project managers

**Extra Skills**:

- Exposure to PowerApps, SharePoint, or other automation tools
- Basic understanding of construction drawings or document naming conventions
- Portfolio or GitHub projects showing past automation work
