Job Summary

Micron Technology is seeking a passionate and experienced  Senior/ Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Singapore. This role is critical to driving strategic hiring initiatives, delivering exceptional candidate experiences, and partnering with business leaders to attract top talent. As part of a global leader in memory and storage solutions, you will help build the workforce that powers innovation and transformation at Micron.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for all levels, across multiple functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand headcount needs and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Act as a talent advisor, providing market insights and recruitment consultation.
  • Source, screen, assess, and present qualified candidates to hiring stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the People Service Center to coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Prepare salary offer proposals and negotiate offers to secure top talent.
  • Monitor onboarding activities to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate data in the recruiting system and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Other Responsibilities

  • Prepare recruiting metrics and market mapping to support hiring strategies.
  • Plan and attend recruiting events and talent engagement activities.
  • Advocate for inclusive hiring & recruitment practices.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to TA process improvements.
  • Support employer branding and outreach efforts in collaboration with internal teams.

Requirement

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
  • Experience with recruitment across all levels, Operators, Technicians, Engineers, etc in a semicondcuctor or manufacturing environment
  • Experience and exposure to campus recruitment is a must.
  • Familar with requirement of RBA and audits, i.e., RBA, IATF, ISO, EFQM, etc.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment tools or digital hiring platforms. Strong proficiency in ATS and sourcing platforms (e.g., Eightfold, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday).
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with recruitment metrics, ability to use data and market intelligence to drive hiring decisions.
  • Knowledge of Singapore labor laws and hiring regulations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, high adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
