We're Hiring – Vending Massage Chairs Premium Lounge Service Crew

Location: East – Changi

Salary Package: $2,200 – $3,000 (All-in, Attractive staff benefits included)

About the Role

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Lounge Service Crew. You will be the face of our lounge, ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Key Responsibilities


• Welcome and attend to customer warmly.


• Assist with customer enquiries and provide customer payment guidance support.


• Maintain lounge cleanliness and ambience at all times


• Serve beverages, snacks, and provide amenities such as blankets and reading materials


• Replenish supplies and ensure the lounge is well-stocked


• Support in handling guest requests and resolving minor issues promptly


• Work closely with the team to deliver a high standard of service

Requirements


• Positive attitude and good communication skills


• Customer service experience is a plus (hospitality, F&B, airline, etc.)
