Roles & Responsibilities

Brief Summary:

The Facilities Technician will maintain and support plant facilities and utilities equipment to ensure that they are in good operating conditions and meet cost, quality and productivity standards.

Job Description:

  • Conduct daily checks on essential equipment to ensure that they are operating in a satisfactory condition at all times
  • Carry out meter readings on operating equipment for energy consumption.
  • Conduct regular inspections with term contractors (waste treatment, fire protection systems, lift and water treatment) to ensure services are in accordance to Management standards
  • Operate and maintain all equipment (including low tension switchgears, air-conditioning equipment, air compressor, AHU, electrical supplies, etc) within the premises to ensure all equipment are in working conditions.
  • Manage all electrical and mechanical works in the premises, and undertake all other duties assigned by your supervisor and management
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors on minor upgrading works or renovation

Qualifications:

  • GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent
