Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders according to customer requirements, ensuring that all orders are accurate and delivered on time
  • Prepare quotations, delivery orders, reports, and other sales related documents
  • Attend to Customer Enquiries through email correspondences and phonecalls (local and overseas)
  • Collaborate with other teams to facilitate the smooth delivery of parts and service orders
  • Maintain accurate sales information

Requirements:

  • Related experience in client servicing and sales administration
  • Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal skills
