We're currently on the lookout for a Senior Client Manager to join our growing team — someone who is a natural relationship builder, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Take ownership of key client accounts, acting as the primary day-to-day contact and trusted strategic partner
  • Understand clients' business objectives and translate them into clear, actionable marketing strategies
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns — from briefing, planning, and execution to post-campaign review
  • Collaborate with internal teams across creative, strategy, media, and data to deliver best-in-class solutions
  • Provide clear direction, feedback, and support to ensure alignment and excellence in execution
  • Proactively identify opportunities for organic growth and innovation within accounts
  • Mentor and support junior team members to ensure a high-performing account servicing function

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management/client servicing, preferably in an agency environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing and the Singaporean market landscape
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence in managing senior stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset and strong commercial acumen
  • Collaborative, resourceful, and able to lead with positive energy
