The Rental & Leasing Manager is responsible foroverseeing all aspects of the rental and leasing operations,ensuring exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets,and driving business growth. The role involves managing a team,maintaining fleet efficiency, and proactively identifyingopportunities to enhance revenue and operationalexcellence.

JobDescription:
  • Superviserental and leasing operations, including reservations, customerservice, and vehicle allocation processes.
  • Ensure the fleet is well-maintained, inspected, and readyfor customer use at all times.
  • Act as theprimary contact for customers, addressing inquiries, complaints,and concerns promptly.
  • Build and maintainstrong relationships by understanding customer needs andrecommending tailored solutions.
  • Set anduphold standards for exceptional customer service to foster loyaltyand satisfaction.
  • Develop and executestrategies to expand the client base, targeting new and existingcustomers to meet sales goals.
  • Generate andfollow up on sales leads to achieve monthly and annual revenuetargets.
  • Participate in vehicle showcasing anddemonstrations to promote offerings effectively.
  • Train, mentor, and lead the rental and leasing team toenhance performance and build a collaborative culture.
  • Motivate the team within the Leasing and Sales departmentto drive portfolio growth and revenue increase.
  • Monitor sales, costs, and profitability, and participatein budgeting and cost control activities.
  • Prepare monthly reports detailing performance againsttargets, including insights on variances, challenges, andopportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, customerfeedback, and satisfaction data to provide actionable insights forservice improvements.
  • Identify risks,opportunities, and trends in the corporate and automotive sectorsthat could impact business performance.
  • Provide recommendations to management based on marketinsights to support strategic planning.
  • Oversee inventory to ensure the availability of vehiclesthat meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Implement processes to optimize fleet utilization andminimizedowntime.
JobRequirements:
  • Diploma/ Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Business Studies /Administration / Management or equivalent
  • Atleast 5 years of experience in vehicle rental, leasing, relatedfield or sales, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire andmanage a team effectively.
  • Analytical mindsetwith the ability to interpret data and provide actionableinsights.
  • Proactive and results-oriented witha focus on continuous improvement.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to deliveringhigh-qualityservice.
