Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage trade-related documents
  • Support accounting tasks such as issuing invoices and managing payments/receipts
  • Organize documents, perform data entry, and manage filing
  • Handle visitors, phone calls, and email correspondence in both Japanese and English
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
  • Any other ad-hoc assigned.

Requirements

  • 2 years experiences in administration.
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese language to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking stakeholders and client
  • Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, email, etc.)
