Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Builds market position in the region by locating and developing close business relationships
  • Locate or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
  • Excellent in networking with Stakeholders
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Research and stay current with market trends, client insights and competition movements
  • Responsible for driving strong sales growth to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Work with stakeholders, departments to identify and manage business risks as well as external parties such as partners, suppliers, clients
  • Provide sales & product information and details to end-users
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Good application of business knowledge and principles
  • A pioneering attitude that is nimble and adaptive
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Dynamic, self-motivated and drive for success
  • Sales performance based remuneration
  • At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the wire harness or E box sector, is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
