About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to level up our presence across Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and selected project handles. You'll play a key role in driving engagement, building community vibes, and boosting brand impact.
What You'll Do:
- Run daily content and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and X
- Manage and grow select project X handles, Discord under my company
- Build monthly content calendars and campaigns focused on maximum engagement
- Analyze performance using tools like SproutSocial, Meta Insights, X Analytics, etc.
- Track KPIs and generate crisp weekly/monthly performance reports
- Jump into trends and memes when needed—timing matters
- Collaborate with design, campaign, and regional CM teams
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in social media management (web3/tech is a plus)
- Hands-on with analytics tools, content scheduling tools (like Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)
- Solid understanding of engagement mechanics across major platforms
- Quick with content hooks, meme-friendly, and always on-brand
- Organized AF—can juggle multiple handles without dropping the ball
- Basic design or editing skills (Canva/Figma/CapCut) is a bonus
