MAINCON: Lifting Operations Site Engineer – LTA

Job Scope:
- Develop and implement detailed lifting plans, including load calculations, equipment selection and site setup
- Monitor and supervise all lifting activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate lifting operations
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with lifting activities
- Provide technical guidance and support to the site team
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all lifting operations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of lifting procedures and processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lifting Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry
- Proven track record of managing complex lifting operations and ensuring safety compliance
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders
- Proficient in the use of lifting software and equipment
- Familiarity with LTA project requirements and regulations
