Lifting Engineer

Be responsible for managing day to day lifting operations for the project.
- Plan, organize, supervise and liaise closely with sub-contractors and operation teams on all ongoing lifting activities.
- Writing of Method Statement and Risk Assessment for all lifting activities.
- Prepare of lifting plans and lifting permits.
- To coordinate and oversee all lifting operation within the work site ensuring compliance with WSH Regulations & project’s HSE procedures.
- To conduct & record daily briefing with the hoisting crew (include the operators)
- To verify all lifting plans to ensure lifting operation will be carried out safely
- Conduct routine checks and inspections of works on site to ensure compliance with authorities' and client’s requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering
- LTA working experience
- Minimum 3 years site experience and has attended MOM approved lifting supervisor course to oversee the activities of the various lifting supervisors on site.
- Preferably possess 'Lifting Operations Course' conducted by the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES), or equivalent
