Roles & Responsibilities

工作职责:

operating duty:

1、负责新加坡地区的业务拓展及客户服务工作;

1. Responsible for business expansion and customer service in the Singapore region;

2、完成销售线索、商机、拜访、演示、谈判、签约、回款等相关指标;

2. Complete sales leads, business opportunities, visits, presentations, negotiations, signing contracts, payment collection and other related indicators;

3、拓展生态合作伙伴,定期拜访和维护伙伴关系,挖掘和捕捉新的商机;

3. Expand ecological partnerships, regularly visit and maintain partnerships, and explore and capture new business opportunities;

4、对接业务所涉及的咨询、演示、方案讲解等售前工作;

4. Pre sales work such as consultation, demonstration, and solution explanation involved in business docking;

5、做好客户的维护和售后服务,提升客户满意度,促进二次成交。

5. Maintain and provide after-sales service to customers, improve customer satisfaction, and promote secondary transactions.

任职要求:

Job requirements:

1、有过销售类的工作经验优先;

1. Work experience in sales is preferred;

2、有过IT服务、互联网行业的学习或工作经验优先;

2. Having study or working experience in IT service or Internet industry is preferred;

3、优秀的沟通、组织、执行能力,能很好的完成跨部门协同作业;

3. Excellent communication, organizational, and execution skills, able to effectively complete cross departmental collaborative tasks;

4、有较高的情商,能够与客户建立高效有质量的交流关系。

4. Has high emotional intelligence and is able to establish efficient and high-quality communication relationships with clients.
