AGM- Module Business & Operations
Responsibilities
- Lead marketing initiatives for the module business and drive operational excellence across project portfolios.
- Manage the module fabrication estimation and tendering teams to ensure timely and accurate compilation of customer enquiries, tenders, and RFQs, in line with client specifications and requirements.
Interpret technical specifications, requirements, and engineering drawings; coordinate with stakeholders to prepare and submit commercial proposals and bids.
Organize and compile pre-qualification documents and clarifications in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
Monitor project timelines and enforce strict adherence to all customer deadlines. - Support Project Management in executing projects, especially on cost estimation for variation orders and customer billing matters.
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing and potential associates/customers through proactive communication channels.
- Ensure compliance with Company HSE and Quality policies by actively participating in safety and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with assigned Project Planner and Project Manager to develop, generate, and maintain effective construction schedules for assigned projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and internal project team communications.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence from diverse sources to support business forecasting and strategic planning.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 5 years in commercial leadership roles; prior experience in module construction and project management is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering field
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and prepare technical and commercial documentation, including proposals and engineering drawings; adept at recommending process improvements for functionality and cost-effectiveness.
- Demonstrates strong commercial acumen and sound business judgment.
- Proactive, determined, and able to work independently while gathering information to inform critical decisions.
- Exhibits exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills in complex project environments.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills; able to interact and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness and capability to travel internationally for project requirements and short-term assignments.
- Proven ability to collaborate seamlessly across organizational and international boundaries and cultures.
