
Executive (Customer Service / Counter)

Job Scope:
You will play a key role in providing frontline counter services to public users at the client's service hubs.
This includes understanding the needs of public users, providing accurate information on processes, and applying the right service techniques that are in line with the service vision.
You will be involved in the following work areas:
• Handle counter enquiries and provide information to public users on the processes
• Receive applications for records/appeals at the counters and verify that the documents submitted are properly filed
• Participate in initiatives to strengthen touchpoint-centric service design and explore innovations that enhance service experience
• Provide suggestions on improving service quality and processes to enhance users' service experience.
Requirements:
• 2 – 5 years of working experience in related industries or environment, such as in a customer-fronting job, would be an advantage
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system would be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications (in particular Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Candidates without the required work experience but possess the relevant skills are welcome to apply
• Pleasant service aptitude and passion to serve
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to think on your feet to diffuse difficult situations
• Good attention to detail
• Good time management with the ability to multi-task well
• Excellent team player who is self-driven and can also work independently
Location: Havelock Square
Contract Period: 1 year
Working Arrangement:
Mon to Thur : 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Fri : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
