Key Responsibilities
  • Build a disciplined sales team for the delivery of revenue targets within ME Banking by establishing effective sales channels and performance measurement systems.
  • Provide effective sales coaching to ensure high-quality performance.
  • Assist sales teams in generating new business via direct selling and referrals from different channels.
  • Maintain close relationships with ME Banking customers to provide solution-based initiatives.
  • Identify and prioritize activities to maximize revenue from high-potential customers.
  • Gather and analyze customer profiles for credit analysis and high-quality credit applications.
  • Structure transactions based on customer needs, justifying any waivers or deviations from standard pricing.
  • Develop strategies for account management and recovery, minimizing loan losses with credit support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high after-sales service levels.
  • Gather feedback and suggest improvements on products and processes based on customer input.
  • Ensure compliance with AML/CDD procedures, report suspicious activities, and adhere to reputation and mis-selling policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree or Professional Qualification in Finance, Business, Economics, or Project Management.
  • 12-15 years of experience in Commercial Banking.
  • Deep knowledge of credit markets, banking products, and regulatory landscape.
  • Strong management and credit evaluation skills.
  • Proven experience in managing banking business units.
  • Project management, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage stakeholders effectively.
