Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

  • ITE Higher NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Precision Engineering
  • 3 to 5 years of working experience in CAD/CAM programming
  • Experience with Unigraphics & Autocad and processes basic Microsoft Office Skills
  • Knowledge in CNC machining or A-CAM will be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Develop CAD/CAM programming for CNC Milling using Unigraphics NX Software
  • Perform simulation, testing & checking to ensure accuracy & efficiency before machining operation
  • Perform troubleshooting to resolve programming & machining issues
  • Collaborate with machinist & engineers to optimize condition & efficiency
  • Continuous improvement to achieve TCD
  • Assist to review and troubleshoot program errors
