Ensure all safe work practices are adhered to when working with CNC machines and associated tools and equipment.
- To set-up, programme and operate CNC Milling Machines (Turn Mill and 5-Axis) independently.
- Troubleshoot technical problem.
- Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
- Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements.
- Ensure Production Run Time meets engineering allocated cycle time.
- Write / edit a range of CNC programs & CAM for machining parts
- Understand and interpret drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions & tolerances of t/c parts, sequence of operations & set up requirements.
- Setup & operate machines on trial run to verify accuracy of machine settings or program control data.
- Conduct set-up tests: Start & observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjust machine controls as required.
- Perform Arc Spray / Thermal Spray coating/ Laser cladding
- Ability to write and edit robotic programs - an advantage
- Verify conformance of finished parts to specs or drawings using measuring & inspection tools as required.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines as required.
- Maintain a clean & organised work area & equipment.

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
