Piping Superintendent

To have and maintain good daily attendance and punctuality.
- To update team member/Supervisor at least 2 working days in advance before going for leave, in order to minimize downtime
- Responsible for the managing, directing and executing projects in accordance with specifications and plans.
- Ensure and understanding in detail Scope of Work, Specifications, Basic Design and project schedule milestones.
- Plan monthly schedules and activities for the project.
- Supervises and controls the overall field activities, ensure that supervisors, subcontractors prepare weekly schedule according to projects schedule and requirements.
- Ensure that the correct materials, equipment are used for the daily construction activities.
- Conduct weekly project progress meeting with all supervisors.
- Put up progress reports to the Project Manager on the progress of the project.
- Acts as Company’s site representatives or co-ordinator for overall site activities.
- Discuss and resolve problems with clients, subcontractors for overall site activities.
- Ensure all piping tools and equipment issued have the updated colour code and LEW.

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- MECHANICAL: 2 years (preferred)
- Piping superintendent: 2 years (preferred)
- Piping: 3 years (preferred)
