The Opportunity

There is currently a brilliant opportunity for a Project Strategy and Delivery Leader to join us in Singapore, supporting to lead a brilliant team and manage our Project Strategy and Delivery market to provide targeted solutions to our Clients and internal cross market stakeholders, facilitating successful and collaborative delivery of our committed work, and growing pipeline of prospects.

You will be joining as the Leader of a pre-existing team of passionate and competent project commercial and management consultants, digital advisors and BIM modellers each of whom provide targeted support to our other markets and portfolios (for eg, Transport, Buildings, Energy, Environment and Society etc) to facilitate the successful delivery of bids and projects.

Some of your responsibilities include:

• Team leadership – leading a team of professionals, and developing careers, and organic growth, strategically to align with Mott MacDonald's pride values and market demands.
• Project delivery – project professional experienced in roles of Project Manager on large scale complex projects and/or Project Director on medium to high complexity projects. Ability to manage projects to time, cost and scope, an experienced in contract administration and commercial management
• Portfolio P&L – accountable for performance of the Project Strategy and Delivery Market in Singapore, including team workload, revenue, and investments in line with budget, and collaborate with the Asia Market Lead to facilitate success of the Market across Asia.
• Winning work – identifying and positioning the Project Strategy and Delivery Market for opportunities, ensuring best combination of technical and commercial resources from the Portfolio for:
• Project, programme and commercial management (PPCM)
• Integrated delivery partnership including procurement advisory services using New Engineering Contracts (NEC4)
• Digital advisory
• Technical leadership – Champion practices operating within the sector and connecting specialists with other sectors to drive cross-cutting collaboration
• An inclusive and collaborative working style.

About You:

As one of our Operations Leaders in Singapore, you will have the experience and desire to improve outcomes for Clients, your team and your projects.

You will:

• Have experience successfully leading high performing teams
• Have practical experience supporting project development, procurement management, project and commercial management, contract management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Understand key technical requirements and identify deliverables and outcomes required to fulfil client's requirements.
• Understand goals and metrics that drive business, financial and project performance and manages scope and time of self and others to optimise team performance and efficiency.
• Contemporary relationships with the Singapore infrastructure industry and delivery entities.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with people, project and time management skills.
• Qualifications relevant to project management, construction management or similar
