Job Requirements
- 5-Day 44 Hours / Work Week
- Comfortable to work on weekends and public holidays when necessary
- Comfortable with morning shifts
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with our menu offerings, ensuring exceptional presentation and taste.
- Oversee and manage a specific section of the kitchen, maintaining cleanliness and organszation.
- Collaborate with team members to create and develop new menu items.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and skill development.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
