**COMMON MAN COFFEE ROASTERS (CMCR) **aims to provide delicious, quality coffee, in a way that celebrates the relationships formed during the journey between bean cup; from the farmers & millers, to the baristas & drinkers. Our sustainably sourced, specialty coffees are all roasted fresh, right here in Singapore, and proudly served across the region.

This combination of experience and passion has culminated in a thriving Café, Academy, Roastery and Wholesale business, with a team dedicated to sharing their love for the product in an approachable and enjoyable way, specialty coffee for the common man.

**Responsibilities:
Management Trainee will learn the relevant business management skills as well as the technical skills in order to lead and operate a high volume, specialty coffee focused cafe in a 12-month period. We educate trainees on the hands-on skills, service techniques, restaurant operations as well as communicating with stakeholders. This will enable them to create high performing teams with a great culture.

**What you will learn**:

- Latte art and the various coffee brewing methods
- Operations of a Roastery & Barista Academy
- F&B inventory management system and supply chain system
- Café and restaurant operation from opening to closing with hands-on experience
- Strategic planning process, including developing goals, objectives and processes
- Engaging and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Online Systems (LMS / Payroll) and database management and record keeping
- People and roster management
