At Common Man Coffee Roasters (CMCR) , we're on a mission to create memorable dining experiences through specialty coffee, thoughtful food, and genuine hospitality. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our team at our picturesque Quayside Isle location.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Drive a people-first culture — hiring, training, and mentoring your team
- Ensure high standards of service, food quality, and coffee experience
- Manage rostering, stock, and cost controls to achieve business goals
- Drive sales growth through strategic initiatives, upselling, and guest engagement
- Work closely with senior management to grow the CMCR brand and guest experience
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in F&B
- Strong understanding of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- A natural leader with excellent communication and people management skills
- Passion for specialty coffee, good food, and creating a welcoming guest experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
