Our client is an innovative medical technology company at the forefront of medical devices, diagnostics, digital health, etc, and they have been driving advancements in healthcare solutions. Right now, they are seeking a Senior HR Director to lead the people strategy, talent development, and organizational transformation. The Senior HR Director will be responsible for shaping and executing HR strategies to support business growth, employee engagement, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership & Workforce Planning- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives in a fast-evolving MedTech industry.
- Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employer branding to attract top industry talent.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Design and implement succession planning, career development, and high-potential leadership programs.
- Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with global labor laws, healthcare industry regulations, and MedTech-specific HR policies.
- Optimize HR processes, including payroll, performance management, and HRIS systems.
- Oversee compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Champion a people-first culture by implementing initiatives that enhance employee well-being and engagement.
- Lead efforts to maintain a dynamic, mission-driven, and inclusive workplace.
- Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in MedTech, healthcare, life sciences, or biotech.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, workforce planning, and leadership coaching.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and MedTech industry workforce dynamics.
- Experience implementing HR technology platforms (HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc.).
- Excellent stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, and innovative environment.
