Scientific Business Executive (Pharma & Agritech)

Location: Singapore | Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site

We're a Singapore-based life sciences company with over 30 years of experience across pharmaceuticals and agritech. Through our entities Chemigran (Pharma) and FarmXSeed (Agritech), we deliver high-quality APIs, R&D materials, and cutting-edge bioinformatics and microbiome-based solutions.

While we've met great candidates along the way, we're still looking for someone with a rare mix of commercial drive and scientific understanding to join us as our Scientific Business Executive.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage new clients in the pharma and agritech sectors.
  • Build and nurture relationships with R&D teams, CROs, CDMOs, and strategic partners.
  • Present and position tailored solutions, from APIs and formulations to microbiome data insights.
  • Translate technical information into compelling business presentations.
  • Conduct market research, prepare proposals, and support client pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across technical, regulatory, and operations to deliver value to clients.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, site visits, and industry events across the region.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 2+ years of relevant experience (excluding internships/National Service).
  • Are confident in wearing multiple hats, BD, client-facing, and technical support.
  • Communicate clearly and can adapt to diverse audiences.
  • Are self-motivated, agile, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hold a degree in biotech, life sciences, pharma, or agritech.
  • Are open to regional travel to meet clients and attend exhibitions.
