Scientific Business Executive – Pharma & Agritech

Salary Range:SGD 4,000 – 5,000/ month (depending on experience)

While we've met great candidates along the way, we're still looking for someone with arare mix of commercial drive and scientific understandingto join us as our ScientificBusiness Executive.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage new clients in thepharma and agritech sectors.
  • Build and nurture relationships withR&D teams, CROs, CDMOs, and strategic partners.
  • Present and position tailored solutions — from APIs and formulations to microbiome data insights.
  • Translate technical information into compelling business presentations.
  • Conductmarket research, prepareproposals, and support client pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams acrosstechnical, regulatory, and operationsto deliver value to clients.
  • Represent the company attrade shows, site visits, and industry eventsacross the region.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Have2+ years of relevant experience(excluding internships/National Service).
  • Are confident inwearing multiple hats— BD, client-facing, and technical support.
  • Communicate clearly, adapt to diverse audiences, and are comfortable delivering presentations using PowerPoint or similar tools.
  • Are self-motivated, agile, and comfortable in afast-paced environment.
  • Hold a degree inbiotech, life sciences, pharma, or agritech.
  • Are open toregional travelto meet clients and attend exhibitions.
