Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:


• Provide administrative and operational support to the technical team

• Assist in updating and managing repair records and compiling related technical specifications

• Support the preparation and submission of technical reports

• Assist in compiling, tracking, and reviewing technical KPIs and performance indicators

• Coordinate with vessels and internal departments for the arrangement of spares, stores, and contractor services

• Ensure all technical documents, including drawings, manuals, certificates, and plans, are properly updated and maintained in an organized database

• Support the execution of ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marine Engineering or an equivalent qualification (preference for maritime or engineering background)

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience within the oil trading industry or a similar capacity

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
