As a growing, medium-sized enterprise, we are looking for a hands-on and proactive HR Executive to support our most valuable asset — our people.

Job Summary

Lead impactful HR initiatives to attract, grow, and retain talent—shape culture and drive people success in a dynamic, growing building materials firm

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

· Drive recruitment strategies to attract skilled local and foreign talent for both operational and support roles.

· Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviewing, selection, and job offers.

· Build strong employer branding through partnerships, job fairs, and digital presence.

· Conduct initial interviews to assess cultural fit and role suitability.

Onboarding & Retention

· Coordinate onboarding programs to integrate new hires effectively and ensure strong first impressions.

· Track and analyze early attrition trends; work closely with hiring managers to improve retention.

· Develop structured onboarding roadmaps tailored for operational staff, technical roles, and office functions.

Employee Lifecycle & Engagement

· Maintain and update HR records, databases, and personal files with accuracy and confidentiality.

· Manage employee transitions including promotions, exits, and IR21 filings.

· Draft HR documentation including employment contracts, warning letters, and resignation acceptances.

· Design and support employee engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and morale.

Payroll & Compliance

· Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs, leave, and attendance records in collaboration with Finance.

· Administer statutory submissions (e.g., CPF, Government-Paid Leave, NS Make-Up Pay).

· Ensure HR policies comply with MOM, WSH, and industry-specific regulatory standards.

Foreign Workforce Administration

· Manage Work Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations with precision and timeliness.

· Handle onboarding logistics for foreign workers, including dormitory placement and worksite readiness.

· Maintain passport safekeeping protocols, monitor dormitory conditions, and support WICA claim processes.

HR Strategy & Workforce Planning

· Support management in workforce planning by providing insights into hiring trends and manpower needs.

· Assist in reviewing compensation structures, especially for operational and skilled trade roles.

· Drive HRIS improvements to streamline HR operations and enhance data accuracy.

Who You Are

· Proven experience in HR functions, preferably in construction, logistics, manufacturing, or building materials sectors.

· Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with both blue-collar and office-based teams.

· Familiarity with foreign worker management and MOM compliance.

· Energetic, organized, and detail-oriented, with a passion for building people-first systems.
