Freelance Events Producers

We are seeking Producers to join us on a freelance / contract basis. We have multiple positions available for a variety of experience levels. Each role requires you to be able to run a project, or a portion of a project, independently from signature to delivery. This will include supplier & venue sourcing & managing and regular updates with the client.
Key Responsibilities
- Rigorous in organisation and management, conscientious and adept in solving issues at all levels of a project
- Collaborative: With multiple stakeholders, communication and teamwork is critical
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills one-on-one and in large groups
- Ensure projects are consistently on brief, on time and on budget
- Accountability for the quality of projects delivered
- Responsibility for the creation and ongoing management of project timelines and plans to ensure programmes are on track
- Management of budgets
- Management of key suppliers, ensuring delivery of their project area is delivered within budget and to a quality in line with client and GPJ expectations
- Briefing creative and strategy teams on project requirements and ensuring that the output from these teams falls within overall project timeline
- Daily point of contact for clients on projects
- Provides counsel to clients on deliverables, managing client expectations to ensure we successfully meet the clients' objectives and deliver great results
