Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and business-focused Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business intelligence, with hands-on exposure to Power BI (preferred) and/or Tableau. Requires strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analysis
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI (preferred) and/or Tableau
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work closely with business users and technical teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and data insights
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI (preferred) and/or Tableau
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and recommend solutions
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations for stakeholders
