  • Position : Tender Engineer/Manager(Cost Estimation) - Construction Consultant
  • Location : Cityhall
  • Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am – 5pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $12,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Construction Consultancy Firm

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and evaluate tender documents (RFPs/RFQs) to assess project scope, feasibility, and risks.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive technical/commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate with sales, engineering, and procurement teams to develop solutions and ensure smooth tender processes.
  • Conduct technical evaluations, risk assessments, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in contract negotiations and hand over awarded projects to execution teams.
  • Maintain detailed tender documentation and generate reports.
  • Other ad-hoc activities assigned

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in tendering, proposal development, and contract management.
  • Proficient in cost control, scheduling, data analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Technical knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC)
  • Certified PE
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
