Position Summary: As a Delivery Director, you will serve as both a regional project director and a senior solution architect for our Planning, Budgeting & Financial Consolidation offerings. You will manage multiple customer programs from scoping to adoption, dedicating up to 50% of your time to pre-sales activities generating professional services revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large or complex implementations, owning delivery governance, commercial aspects, and client success.
  • Establish programme structure, communication, and risk management processes.
  • Drive progress towards scope, schedule, and margin goals, removing roadblocks early.
  • Provide vision, guidance, and quality assurance to Solution Architects.
  • Champion delivery standards, agile practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Resolve project issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and commercial success.

Business Development:

  • Lead scoping workshops and craft clear, profitable SOWs.
  • Collaborate with sales to build delivery roadmaps and value propositions.
  • Present proposals to senior leadership, establishing trust.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and contribute to revenue forecasting and pipeline reviews.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years delivering EPM or Finance Transformation programs, with 5+ years in senior roles.
  • Deep knowledge of Finance, FP&A, and Accounting; experience with platforms like Anaplan, OneStream, SAP BPC, or CCH Tagetik.
  • Proven success in scoping and negotiating multi-million dollar SOWs.
  • Experience leading dispersed, multi-vendor teams using agile/hybrid methodologies.
  • Strong commercial acumen and executive communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related; MBA preferred.

Travel: Willing to travel up to 25%.

Additional Qualifications

Similarly, 8+ years in accounting or finance with a focus on budgeting and forecasting, strong technology skills, proficiency in Excel and MS Office, excellent communication, troubleshooting, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
