Singapore US Executive Director, Office of Acquisition and Logistics Full time

**Duties**:
**Major Duties**:
Ability to plan, organize, and direct teams to support projects, to effectively manage tactical implementation of strategic goal and objectives, including direct experience managing multi-disciplined groups, such as developers, trainers, testers, business analysts, configuration managers, organizational change managers, etc.

Produces and presents information and findings in a variety of formats (e.g., articles, papers, studies, briefings, and other media).

Conduct extensive analysis to evaluate the organizational impact, feasibility, practicality and effectiveness of existing and proposed systems and procedures.

Participates in cross-functional project teams to ensure organizational objectives are achieved, supporting internal and external business development programs/projects, and provide expertise and analysis to program/project management.

Implement new and revised policies, regulations, and procedures after identifying and resolving any potential effect on the organization and its current practices and communicating these effects to the business unit director.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Compressed/Flexible Schedule: May be available at supervisory discretion
Duty Location Status: Will work remotely from home.

Physical Demands: The work is primarily sedentary, although some slight physical effort may be required.

**Qualifications**:

- To qualify for this position, all applicants must meet the selective placement factor and minimum qualification requirements as follows:
- A Quality Ranking Factor* has been requested by the facility to help determine which of the basically qualified applicants are likely to be better qualified for a position. The quality ranking factor for this position is: Project Management (Prepares reports of presentations and findings) and Critical Thinking (Conduct extensive analysis to evaluate organizational impact, feasibility practicality and effectiveness of existing and proposed systems and procedures).- Quality Ranking Factors are skills, knowledge, abilities, or other worker characteristics which could be expected to result in superior performance on the job. Quality ranking factors will not be used for screening, but may be used as ranking criteria. Applicants with higher proficiency levels may rank above those with lower proficiency levels on a quality ranking factor.
